1. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or as specified during the booking process.

• Payments can be made via accepted payment methods listed on our website.

• Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.
   

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please refer to it for detailed information.
   

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their belongings. Fulgulab Lawns & Home Stays is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

• Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other guests. Any misconduct may result in immediate eviction without refund.

• Damages to property caused by guests will be charged to their account.
   

5. Use of Facilities

• Guests are requested to use facilities responsibly and adhere to posted rules for amenities.

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in non-designated areas.

• Pets are allowed only with prior approval and may be subject to additional charges.
   

6. Health and Safety

• Guests are required to follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided by the property.

• Emergency contact numbers are available at the reception desk for any urgent situations.
   

7. Force Majeure

• Fulgulab Lawns & Home Stays is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Disputes and Jurisdiction

• Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Junnar.
