Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Fulgulab Lawns & Home Stays, we strive to provide a hassle-free experience for our guests. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • 7 Days or More Before the Date of Check-in: Full refund of the booking amount.

    • 3 to 6 Days Before the Date of Check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

    • Less Than 3 Days Before the Date of Check-in: No refund will be provided.

  2. Modification of Booking:

    • Guests may request changes to their booking dates at least 7 days prior to the check-in date, subject to availability.

    • If the new dates have higher rates, the difference will need to be paid. Refunds for lower rates will not be provided.

  3. No-Show Policy:

    • No refund will be issued for no-shows (failure to check in on the booked date without prior notice).

  4. Early Check-out:

    • Refunds for early check-out are not applicable once the stay has commenced.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • In case of cancellation due to unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Refund Process:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.

    • The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment used during booking.
